Inspection of turbine components including blades, disks, rotors, and casings using magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, phased array UT, and visual methods. We support planned outages and emergency inspections for both gas and steam turbines.
Tube inspection programs for shell-and-tube heat exchangers, feedwater heaters, condensers, and heat recovery steam generators. We perform tube thickness surveys, tube-to-tubesheet weld inspection, and baffle and support plate evaluation.
