API 510 — Pressure Vessels

In-service inspection of pressure vessels including external and internal visual examination, thickness measurements, condition assessment, remaining life calculations, and repair/alteration evaluations. We determine inspection intervals, identify degradation mechanisms, and provide recommendations for continued safe operation.

API 570 — Piping

Inspection of in-service metallic piping systems including process piping, utility piping, and pipeline systems within facilities. We perform thickness surveys, identify corrosion under insulation (CUI), evaluate small-bore connections, and assess injection points and deadlegs.

API 653 — Tanks

Inspection of aboveground storage tanks including shell thickness evaluation, floor scanning, settlement surveys, roof inspection, and foundation assessment. We perform fitness-for-service evaluations and remaining life calculations per API 653.

Fitness-for-Service

When components fall below minimum required thickness or contain flaws, we perform fitness-for-service evaluations per API 579-1/ASME FFS-1 to determine if equipment can continue to operate safely at current or reduced conditions.
