We provide weld inspection services for pipeline new construction projects per API 1104 including radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing (manual and AUT), visual inspection, and welder qualification testing. Our crews are experienced in pipeline spread work and understand the pace and logistics of pipeline construction.
For operating pipelines, we perform integrity assessments including above-ground survey support, anomaly verification and sizing, repair weld inspection, and fitness-for-service evaluations. We work with your integrity management program to prioritize inspections based on risk.
We support hydrostatic testing operations with pre-test weld inspection, test head installation inspection, and post-test evaluation. Our digital reporting ensures all documentation is available immediately after test completion.
Beyond the mainline, we inspect compressor stations, meter stations, valve settings, pig launchers/receivers, and other pipeline facility piping and equipment. Our multi-method capabilities mean one crew handles everything on site.
